Hotel Carvallo has a fantastic location in the jewelry area of Cuenca, just a short walk from the New Cathedral. The rooms are nice and spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the warm shower. However, I faced a frustrating billing issue with the hotel management that left a bad taste in my mouth, despite the friendly staff trying their best.
